Resource download requests

When you request a workbook or template pack, we collect your name, email address and the resource you selected. The form also records the page used to make the request. We use these details to manage resource requests and respond to questions about them. A download request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Enquiries

The enquiry form collects your name, email, business name, selected support option and message so The Human Standard can respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential customer material.

Storage and service providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions, including spam filtering. Form details are stored in the site's Netlify Forms account, where authorised account users can review or export them. Form submissions are not stored in the public GitHub website repository.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, pages viewed and interactions such as outbound links and resource downloads. Google processes technical and usage information, including browser and device details and approximate location. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. We do not send your name, email address or form message to Google Analytics, and advertising personalisation is disabled.

For visitors detected in Australia, New Zealand or the United States, analytics starts automatically unless you have opted out or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. In other locations, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics stays off until you choose Accept analytics. If we cannot determine your region, we also ask first. Netlify uses the country associated with your connection to select the appropriate setting; we do not request device-location permission or store precise location for this decision. You can opt out or change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser. Google may process analytics data overseas.
