What does the free Advice tier include?
A consultation with Rob Lovegrove to understand your priorities, scope your requirements and identify suitable next steps. It does not include building agents, skills or a custom marketing brain.
Does a package include every example on the Solutions page?
The examples show possibilities. Each package covers an agreed number of agents or skills and a defined level of human review. We scope the actual tasks and deliverables with you; one skill does not imply unlimited production or every type of output.
Who checks the work?
Each paid tier includes human review of agreed sample outputs or workflows, with broader coverage in higher tiers. We agree what is reviewed and how often. Your business remains responsible for final approval before using, sending or publishing work.
Can you work with our existing tools?
We start with the platforms you use and assess what they can support. Connections depend on permissions, available integrations and the quality of your source information. Any additional platform subscriptions or integration costs are set out before you proceed.
Are advertising spend and finished video included?
Media spend, paid placements, specialist production, voice and music licensing, and third-party subscriptions are scoped separately where required. A storyboard or campaign draft is a different deliverable from a finished video or a live advertising campaign.
Can our AI team publish or send work automatically?
We agree the permissions and controls for each workflow first. Publishing content, contacting customers or changing a website requires suitable access and explicit agreement. Draft preparation is a useful starting point while people retain approval.
